2. The Service

• Proxi lets you discover and interact with nearby people and venues.
• Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You’re responsible for activity carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• No interference with location signals or other users’ experience.

5. Venue Analytics

Venues receive only aggregated visitor statistics unless you explicitly opt in to share more details.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as-is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proxi disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
